Photo Backup

Photo Backup is a personal backup application that synchronizes photos and media files stored on a Mac with the user's Google Drive.

Purpose of the application

Photo Backup is designed for personal backup and synchronization of the owner's photos and media files. It is not a public file-sharing service and is not offered as a service to other users.

How it works

  1. Photos and media files are stored locally on the user's Mac.
  2. The backup application uses rclone to synchronize those files with the user's Google Drive.
  3. Google Drive API access is used to upload, synchronize, and maintain the user's personal backup files.
  4. The backup files remain in the user's own Google Drive account.

Google Drive access

Photo Backup uses Google Drive API access solely for the personal backup and synchronization functions described above. The application does not use Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, unrelated analytics, or other unrelated purposes.

Privacy

Photo Backup does not provide a visitor login system on this website. Visitors can read information about the application without signing in.
